Refund and Returns Policy

At WS Clothing we aim for 100% customer satisfaction.

Any returns please contact us directly at sales@wsclothing.com.au or call us at the number from our contact page.

RETURN TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. We accept returns up to 15 days after delivery.

2. You can return your item for an EXCHANGE, REFUND or STORE CREDIT

3. ALL items can be returned EXCEPT underwear, swimwear, bodysuits, or jewellery due to Australian health & hygiene regulations.

4. Items must be returned in the original condition – swing tags attached, original packaging, unworn, unwashed.

5. We reserve the right to reject any items that are returned in unsaleable condition.

6. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, unless there was an error with the order.

7. All returns will be processed within 2 days of arriving back to WS Clothing address.

8. No Returns on Clearance items.

9. We recommend that you use a recorded delivery method to return items to us. Until the items arrive back at our warehouse they are your responsibility, and if they are lost in transit, you will be responsible for claiming compensation from your postal service.
